These backdrops are rolled and then bent to reduce height from 10 ft to 5 ft to fit into a 5 ft shipping box. This ruins the backdrop. I suppose it was a good backdrop before backdrop.com ruined it. They claim this manner of packaging and the resultant damage is normal!!!!
